		<description>Here&#039;s a great smoothie recepie, Mike C might remember from years past:

Ingredients:
1 bannana
8-12 frozen strawberries
1 individual thing of rasberry yogurt
Apple Cider (better cider = better tasting smoothie)
Hemp protein powder (can be substituted for any other protein powder that is near tasteless)

Directions:
Put the banana in a blender, then the strawberries.  Then fill with apple cider just enough so the strawberries lift up from the bottom of the blender.  Then put in one small tablespoon of protein powder, then add the yogurt on top.  Blend until smoothie like.  Enjoy and pwn on my friend.
