This “Bully” Is Soft.

Posted under Gaming, Personal Experiences

When “Bully”, for the PS2 was released a year and half ago, I wanted to get it so bad but I just out refused to get a PS2 to get it (Take That SONY!!). So I suffered in silence for months and months on end, hoping and dare I say praying for it to finally come to the 360. Well on Tuesday I finally got my wish and Rockstar released “Bully: Scholarship Edition” for the XBOX 360. Unfortunately I got this bad boy home to find out that this bully was full of talk and had less punch than an Olsen twin after a week of purging. Lets start with the damn camera angle. Uncooperative is the least that could be said for it. The camera seems to switch up on you randomly and always (it seems) in the middle of a mission when you need to escape. Add to that the insanely excessive and long load screens (you can’t do anything it seems with out the game loading), occasional game freezes, clipping, and choppy frame rate for a game that ran smoother on PS2. The problems for this game have been so overt, that recently a Rockstar representative went on record saying that Rockstar recognizes the issues, apologizes for them and hopes to have a resolution for the game this coming week witch can be downloaded on XBOX LIVE as an update. Hopefully this update takes care of most, if not all the issues, but until then “Bully: Scholarship Edition” gets two swift “kick ball” boots to the nuts!!
