This week is going to be extremely light on content, possibly devoid of any. Between insanity going on at work, planning for our wedding, my Mom being in town (hi Mom!), and still trying to get our apartment in order, I have pretty much no time for writing. A shame, as I’ve got quite a bit to write about! If nothing else, I’ll try to get a blog post up at some point later this week.
I’m really sorry about this, I know that this website has been a real roller coaster for the past month or two. Thank you all so very much for being patient…we still care about all of you! Sign up for our RSS feed so you can be kept up to date on when we are finally able to post some new stuff -_-;;
If you grew up playing 8-bit and 16-bit RPGs like the early entries in the Dragon Warrior series or Final Fantasy series, you have to check out Nostalgia.
Kick-Ass joins Akira, V for Vendetta, and other movies in proving that you don’t have to follow a comic closely to make a great film.
Today’s link of the week is rather personal for me. Although I work for a different company, I work in same building that Sodexo’s corporate headquarters are, located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Yesterday, there was an SEIU protest outside the building…and guess who got arrested? Danny freakin’ Glover. Naturally, it occurred on my day off -_-;;
It has been confirmed that Peter Steele, lead singer and bass player of Type O Negative, died of heart failure yesterday, April 14th 2010. His deep baritone voice and unique bass playing style defined their sound, and his music inspired a generation of goth metal enthusiasts. Their music played a huge part in my life when I was high school/college age…the world has lost a truly talented musician.
Rest in peace, Peter.
Tetris is probably one of the most famous games ever…it’s been remade and ported to nearly every console and phone out there. We all know it’s one of the greatest puzzle games ever created, but is the DS version actually worth your money?

We are still extremely busy moving in to our new place, so for the next week or so new articles will be sparse. We intend to get most of the remaining move completed this weekend, so by next week things should hopefully return to normal. Thanks for your patience!
